Injunction Lifted In Fight Over Afghan Contractor Deal

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge dissolved an order Monday barring an Afghan company from making certain remarks to clients about rival security contractor Pax Mondial Ltd.'s purchase of a subsidiary, after an arbitrator found that Pax's concerns weren't backed by evidence and couldn't be enforced in Afghanistan.
