Adelphia Head Takes Sentence To High Court

Law360, New York (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The founder of Adelphia Communications Corp. and his son have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn multiple convictions for an accounting fraud scandal that engulfed the bankrupt cable company and may yet lead to years behind bars for both men.
