8th Circ. Sides With NLRB, Says Lube Co. Must Accept Union

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 5:46 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday ordered an auto lubricant manufacturer to recognize a union at its West Memphis, Ark., plant, overruling the company's claim that the National Labor Relations Board encouraged the workers to unionize by improperly delaying an election.
