Judge Won't Rethink Keeping BofA Mortgage Suit Alive

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 3:44 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday refused to reconsider a ruling that Bank of America Corp. must face putative class action claims alleging it intentionally misled investors about widespread issues with its sytem for keeping track of mortgages.
