DOL Asserts Authority Over Work Visa Program To 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 8:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor on Monday told the Eleventh Circuit it has the authority to make changes to the H-2B visa program without requiring explicit permission from Congress, refuting claims by small business plaintiffs that the power to alter the program rests with another agency.
