Teva Sues Apotex, Marks 13th Coreg Suit In N.J.

Law360, New York (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. has filed yet another lawsuit over patents related to the congestive heart drug failure treatment carvedilol, asking a New Jersey court to hold the Canadian drug maker liable for the willful infringement of four Teva patents.
