LulzSec Member Charged Over Sony Hack

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 1:46 PM EDT) -- A second alleged member of the LulzSec hacking group was arrested Tuesday after being charged for his role in a computer attack last year against Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., in which confidential information was stolen and posted online.

Raynaldo Rivera, 20, of Tempe, Ariz., surrendered to FBI agents in Phoenix after a federal grand jury in Los Angeles returned an indictment charging him with conspiracy and unauthorized impairment of a protected computer.
