MGM KOs 'Raging Bull' Heir's Copyright Suit In 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (August 30, 2012, 3:21 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court's dismissal of a copyright infringement suit against Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. and others from the daughter of “Raging Bull” author Frank Petrella, agreeing she had waited too long to bring her claims.

In a published opinion issued Wednesday, a three-judge appeals panel agreed with U.S. District Judge George H.
