ND Regulators OK $360M In Energy Projects

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 3:06 PM EDT) -- The North Dakota Public Service Commission on Wednesday approved an Allete Inc. unit's 105-megawatt wind energy project and an Oneok Inc. natural gas processing plant, both in the west of the state, with the projects accounting for a combined $360 million in new construction.

The PSC gave its approval to Oneok’s siting application for its $160 million Garden Creek II project in McKenzie County and a similar application for Allete Clean Energy’s $200 million Bison 3 wind power project in Oliver and Morton counties.
