CAC Sues Technology Giants Over Windows

Law360, New York (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Following a federal judge's refusal last week to grant Microsoft Corp.'s motion to bar Computer Acceleration Corp. from filing lawsuits against computer manufacturers, the patent holding company has sued eight major technology players over the same patent it has alleged against Microsoft.

The eight separate lawsuits were entered into the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas the day after District Judge Ron Clark struck down Microsoft's emergency motion to stop CAC from suing the companies.
