Judge Rejects Challenge To $1B Wisc. Superfund Remedy

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday rejected several industrial defendants’ attempt to avoid a lawsuit filed by the U.S. government and the state of Wisconsin over $1 billion in cleanup costs at the Lower Fox River Superfund site.
