Google, Microsoft Must Face Data Transmission Patent Suit

Law360, Washington (August 31, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge refused to toss SimpleAir Inc.'s suit against Microsoft Corp., Google Inc. and nine other companies for allegedly infringing network messaging and data transmission patents, but instead elected to give the patent-holding company a chance to replead its case.
