Kansas Supreme Court Absolves BP In Contamination Battle

Law360, Philadelphia (August 31, 2012, 8:04 PM EDT) -- The Kansas Supreme Court Friday reinstated a jury verdict that found BP Corp. North America Inc. was not liable for cleanup and damages costs incurred by a city in Kansas over groundwater pollution from an oil refinery.
