Foundem Seeks More Than Labeling In Google EU Probe

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 8:16 PM EDT) -- U.K. search engine Foundem urged the European Commission to require Google Inc. to label its own content within search results as part of an antitrust remedy proposal released Tuesday, but it warned that labeling alone wasn't enough to fix the Internet search giant's allegedly anti-competitive practices.
