Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 2:56 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi federal judge on Tuesday refused class certification in a lawsuit alleging Bank of America NA enrolled hundreds of troubled homeowners in a Fannie Mae program as a way to receive incentive fees, finding the proposed class overly broad.
