EEOC Sets Priorities In Draft Of Strategic Enforcement Plan

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 10:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Tuesday released a draft of its Strategic Enforcement Plan, which lays out the agency's top priorities, including eliminating systemic barriers in hiring, protecting vulnerable workers, addressing emerging issues, preserving access to the legal system and combating harassment.
