King & Spalding Picks Up Patent Pro From Bingham McCutchen

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 2:52 PM EDT) -- King & Spalding LLP has continued to expand its intellectual property practice, bringing to its Washington office a former Bingham McCutchen LLP partner who specializes in patent litigation.

Boyd Cloern, who has experience litigating patent disputes in the automotive and several other industries, became the fifth partner added to King & Spalding's intellectual property group in the past 16 months, according to a statement the firm released Sept. 5.
