Cuomo Signs Bills Curbing Secondhand Smoke, E-Cigarettes

Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday signed bills prohibiting smoking within 100 feet of school entrances and banning the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors, moves the governor said would protect young people from nicotine addiction and secondhand smoke.
