'Superman' Heirs Slam DC Comics' Bid To Cut Off Rights

Law360, Los Angeles (September 05, 2012, 10:27 PM ET) -- The estate of "Superman" co-creator Joseph Shuster urged a California judge Wednesday to reject DC Comics' claim that relatives signed away the right to claw back certain Superman copyrights, saying the assertion would mean DC bet its entire ownership of Superman on a one-page deal.
