Morgan Keegan Wants Sports Agent's Bond Award Reversed

Inc. urged a New York state judge Thursday to overturn a $400,000 arbitration award to the co-founder of a prominent sports agency whose clients include quarterback Tim Tebow, arguing that one of the arbitrators was biased in the bond dispute.
