Baird Capital Makes PE Deal For Computer Help Co.

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 8:06 PM EDT) -- A group led by Baird Capital Partners, the U.S.-based buyout fund of Baird Private Equity, purchased a software help desk company that specializes in Microsoft Office support from a pair of private investment firms for an undisclosed amount, the buyer announced on Thursday.

The deal gives BCP and two co-investors control of Pennsylvania-based PC Helps Support LLC, which provides 24-hour support services and productivity training for desktop and mobile software applications, according to parallel statements from the parties.
