Contractors Try To Escape Bellevue Hospital Damage Suit

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 7:21 PM EDT) -- A bevy of contractors and subcontractors attempted to convince a state judge on Thursday that they should be freed from a $40 million suit over damages to New York City's Bellevue Hospital during the construction of a 15-story forensic laboratory next door.
