Employers Must Shift Disabled Workers To Open Jobs: 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 7:12 PM EDT) -- Employers must reassign workers who lose their jobs because of a disability to vacant posts they are qualified for, the Seventh Circuit said Friday, changing its interpretation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and resurrecting a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity suit against United Air Lines Inc.
