Law360, New York (October 16, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Claims continue to be stripped from the Accutane multidistrict litigation, with a judge on Monday dismissing Swiss defendants F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. and Roche Holding Ltd. from the case.
