Texas Atty Charged With Stealing From Clients

Law360, Dallas (September 07, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- A Texas personal injury attorney is facing felony charges after allegedly stealing from clients and using fake information to apply for loans and credit cards, according to a reported indictment from a Dallas County grand jury.
