Analysis: Ind., Ky. and Ohio's Health Insurance Exchange

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 1:04 PM EDT) -- The Affordable Care Act requires the establishment of at least one operational health insurance exchange in every state by Jan. 1, 2014.[1] The law affords each state the opportunity to build an exchange to meet the needs of their citizens so long as they follow certain federal requirements.
