Law360, Chicago (September 10, 2012, 5:40 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday affirmed National Union Fire Insurance Co.’s quick win in New York Marine & General Insurance Co.’s suit over coverage liability for a steel company’s $6 million settlement with a worker injured in a shipping accident.
