NY, NJ Officials Reach Deal On Stalled 9/11 Museum

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 1:11 PM EDT) -- City and state officials reached a deal late Monday to resume and expedite construction on the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, settling a dispute over up to $300 million that the foundation behind the museum allegedly owed to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
