NJ High Court To Decide Coverage Settlement Liability

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 6:49 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court is set to consider whether an insurance company that settles a coverage dispute with its policyholder remains liable for contributing to defense costs that another insurer for the same party incurred before the settlement.
