APEC To Slash Tariffs On Environmental Goods To 5% Or Less

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 2:02 PM EDT) -- Members of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation group have agreed to boost the movement of environmentally friendly merchandise by reducing tariffs on dozens of such goods in the coming years, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced Tuesday.
