GAO Rebuffs J5 Systems' Protest Of $40M Navy Contract

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 7:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Tuesday denied computer engineering company J5 Systems Inc.'s protest of a $40 million contract awarded to supply the U.S. Navy with communications and intelligence systems, concluding that the Navy's evaluation of J5's proposal was reasonable.
