Sierra Club Slams EPA In DC Circ. Over Emissions Notice

Law360, Washington (September 12, 2012, 5:00 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club blasted the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in the D.C. Circuit on Wednesday, claiming the agency used a summary notice as an attempt to evade its regulatory duty of setting Clean Air Act emissions standards and to change its interpretation of past agency rules.
