Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 1:09 PM ET) -- On June 12, 2012, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (collectively “the agencies”) published three notices of proposed rule-making (the “NPRs”) that, when adopted, will comprise the most significant set of revisions to the U.S. risk-based capital and leverage capital rules since their initial imple­men­­­tation over two decades ago.
