NJ Bar Fined For Serving Drunken 'Jersey Shore' Star

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 4:54 PM EDT) -- The state of New Jersey on Thursday said a Seaside Heights restaurant will pay a $15,000 fine to settle charges that it served alcohol to a cast member of the MTV television show “Jersey Shore” while she was visibly intoxicated.

The owners of Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grill will pay the fine and reality television star Deena Cortese, a native of New Egypt, N.J., will be banned from the establishment for two years, according to the state Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
