NJ High Court Junks Firefighter's Whistleblower Suit

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 7:00 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court held Thursday that a Hudson County firefighter who presented evidence supporting retaliation allegations during an administrative hearing that led to his firing cannot reassert those claims in a separate whistleblower suit.
