News Corp. Board Wants Shareholders' Hacking Suit Tossed

Law360, Wilmington (September 19, 2012, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Rupert Murdoch and the rest of News Corp.'s board lobbied a Delaware judge on Wednesday to throw out a shareholder derivative suit alleging they ignored pervasive phone-hacking at a tabloid subsidiary, arguing the media giant responded promptly and reasonably to the scandal.
