Funding Uncertainties Hobbled Trade Assistance Program: GAO

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 1:44 PM EDT) -- Changes to a federal assistance program designed to help domestic companies compete more vigorously with their international rivals improved the program until funding uncertainties drove down participation, according to a report released by the Government Accountability Office on Thursday.
