Boston Agency OKs Millennium's $615M Mixed-Use Project

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 8:29 PM EDT) -- The Boston Redevelopment Authority has approved plans by private fund firm Millennium Partners for a $615 million mixed-used development in Boston's Downtown Crossing neighborhood, the BRA announced Thursday.

The board of the Boston agency unanimously approved Millennium's plans for the Millennium Tower and Burnham Building, a project that includes a new 625-foot residential tower and about 450,000 square feet of office and retail space.

The BRA said the mixed-used project will bring new office, retail and residential space to the growing Downtown Crossing neighborhood.
