Sears Judge Calls Certifying False Ad Class 'Daunting'

Law360, Los Angeles (September 14, 2012, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A California judge voiced concerns Friday about certifying a class of consumers who say Sears Roebuck & Co. misled them into believing all Craftsman-brand tools were made in America, saying a putative class of all California Craftsman-buyers since 2001 would be administratively daunting.
