Cafe Owner Sues NYU For $7M Over Damages From Expansion

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 1:39 PM EDT) -- The owner of a cafe and club in Greenwich Village hit New York University with a lawsuit in state court Thursday claiming construction related to the school's nearly 2-million-square-foot expansion has caused $7 million in property damage and lost business.
