CIT Nixes Chinese Exporter's Challenge Over Ribbon Duties

Law360, Los Angeles (September 17, 2012, 3:39 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge on Friday threw out Chinese exporter Yama Ribbons & Bows Co. Ltd.'s complaint challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's 1.56 percent duty on woven ribbons, saying it properly calculated subsidy rates when it issued the levy in September 2010.
