Apotex Defeats Allergan's New Suit Over Pinkeye Patent

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 1:32 PM EDT) -- Allergan Inc. and two Japanese pharmaceutical companies on Monday failed in their renewed efforts to target Apotex Inc. for infringement of a patent used in Allergan's pinkeye treatment Zymar after a Delaware federal judge said a re-examination of the patent couldn't breathe life into the previously resolved dispute.
