Merck Bashes Lawsuits Over Prescription Copay Coupons

Inc. urged a New Jersey federal court on Monday to derail two proposed class actions by union health plans alleging coupons for brand-name prescription drugs constitute kickbacks and contract interference, saying the unions should prohibit members' rebate use instead of seeking court intervention.
