Plavix False Marketing Suit Kicked To State Court

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 3:42 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Monday remanded to state court a California county's suit accusing Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Sanofi-Aventis US LLC of deceptively marketing their blockbuster blood thinner Plavix, saying the case relied exclusively on state law claims.
