White House Reports Rise In Contractor Suspensions

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 8:12 PM EDT) -- Under President Barack Obama, federal agencies have ramped up their suspension and debarment of irresponsible contractors, and internal reforms have ensured that suspension remains a more accessible tool in the fight against fraud and wasteful spending, the Office of Federal Procurement Policy said Tuesday.
