EEOC Won't Ask Supreme Court To Hear CRST Bias Case

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 9:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will not ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review the Eighth Circuit's ruling in its sexual harassment suit against CRST Van Expedited Inc., even though the agency has claimed the decision would force it to identify all potential class members before filing a lawsuit.
