Attys Want J&J CEO To Testify In Risperdal Breast-Growth Case

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 7:01 PM EDT) -- The CEO of Johnson & Johnson should be forced to testify in a trial alleging a boy developed breasts because of treatment with antipsychotic Risperdal, attorneys for the teen told a Philadelphia court Monday, saying the executive was intimately involved with off-label marketing to children.
