1st Phase Of Cardinals' $700M Ballpark Village Gets Go-Ahead

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 6:58 PM EDT) -- The St. Louis Cardinals won an important nod Tuesday morning from the Missouri Development Finance Board, which paves the way for a November ground-breaking of its proposed nearly $700 million mixed-use development dubbed Ballpark Village, the team said.
