DOJ Is Committed To Antitrust Fight, Head Promises Attys

Law360, Washington (September 19, 2012, 6:17 PM EDT) -- The head of the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division said Wednesday that his group is prepared to take on tough antitrust litigation, a hard-nosed strategy he believes has helped foster more consent decrees and abandonment of anti-competitive mergers before cases go to trial.
