Dinsmore Lures IP Ace, Former Toy Exec From Wood Herron

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 9:33 PM EDT) -- Dinsmore & Shohl LLP said on Wednesday that intellectual property and entertainment pro James Kipling, the former chief legal officer for the Kenner division of toy manufacturer Hasbro Inc., has joined the firm’s Cincinnati office as a member of the IP department.

With more than 25 years of far-reaching corporate IP experience, Kipling, who joins the firm from Wood Herron & Evans LLP, has negotiated over 350 licensing agreements and technology transfers that have resulted in revenues of more than $7.5 billion.
